We deliver to Sydney locations on Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas.

Our gift boxes are freshly created and delivered to order Wednesday till Saturday.

We recommend orders of our chocolate coated strawberries to be delivered on the day of event. Our strawberries are best eaten within 48hrs.

A live tracking number or email confirmation will be sent once the gift box has been picked up on the day of delivery with updated ETA.

We are unable to guarantee delivery time.

We understand that you would like to surprise your recipient with our strawberry bouquet & gift boxes, please let your recipient know a surprise delivery is coming, no need to tell them what it is on your selected date to look out for the gift as we do not return the gift back.

Delivery takes place between approximately
8:00am till 5:00pm - Residential and Hospitals
9:00am till 5:00pm - Commercial
8:00am till 3:00pm - Schools

We do our very best to make sure deliveries are made in a timely manner but as we utilise courier drivers, we can not control the times the gift boxes arrive to the delivery location.

Please allow more time outside of these hours for busier days eg Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas etc.

If the recipient is not at the address of delivery we will leave the gift in a safe and cool space.

We utilise Premium Courier Companies and our own drivers. In the event that there is no one home and it is safe our courier service or drivers will leave the delivery at the doorstep or in a safe place.

Please check that the address you provide to us is correct before submitting your order. In the event that you have supplied us with incorrect address details a re-delivery fee may be charged.
Additional fees apply for late change of address.

For hospital deliveries please insure the patients details are correct and patient has not been discharged. Please provide name of hospital, patients full name and ward number.

We are not liable if a gift cannot be found or is damaged after safe delivery and we can provide evidence from our courier. Unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement or refund as it is beyond our control.
